Cancellation and prepayment policies


1. Flexible – 7 days
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

2. Non-refundable
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.

Check-in and check-out times
• Check-in from 15:00
• Check-out until 11:00
House rules
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.

Guest phone number
• Your guests must provide a phone number when they book
Damage policy options
• Guests only pay if they cause damage during their stay
• The maximum you can request in damage fees is €100 per stay
• If there’s damage to your property, submit a damage payment request within 14 days of check-out

• High speed – WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
